Hello everyone, and welcome to this interview. Today we’re going to talk with a very talented professional: her name is Diana b

Let’s get to know her a little more and discover her creative world.  Let’s begin!

·        1. What is your full name?

Hi, my name is Diana Catalina Villamizar.

·        2. How old are you, Diana?

I am 29 years old.

·        3. Where were you born?

I was born in Medellín, Colombia.

·        4. Where do you currently live?

I live in Bogotá, but I travel a lot for work.

·        5. Are you married?

Yes, I am. I’ve been married for two years.

·        6. Do you have any children?

No, I don’t have children yet.

·        7. What do you usually do in your free time?

I usually go out to take photos, design personal projects, or plan my next trip.

·        8. What do you do for a living?

I work as a photographer and graphic designer.

·        9. How long have you been working as a photographer?

I’ve been working in photography for 8 years now.

·        10. What kind of photography are you doing right now?

Right now, I’m working on a lifestyle photo series for a local brand.

·        11. Are you also designing at the moment?

Yes, I’m designing a new logo for a small business this week.

·        12. Are you working with any company, or are you freelancing?

I’m currently freelancing, but I’m going to apply to a creative agency soon.

·        13. What inspired you to become a photographer?

I’ve always loved telling stories through images. It’s a way to connect with emotions.

·        14. What will be the biggest challenge if you join a company?

I think the biggest challenge will be adapting to a team after years of working alone.

·        15. What do you think about photography in today’s world?

I think photography is more powerful than ever. It’s everywhere, and it tells real stories.

·        16. Is social media helping photographers nowadays?

Yes and no. It helps us get exposure, but sometimes people don’t understand the value behind professional work.

·        17. Do you like traveling?

Yes, I love it! Traveling inspires my photography and designs.

·        18. Where did you go on your last trip? What are you planning next?

Last August, I went to Spain, Italy, and France. I’m going to visit South America next year maybe Peru or Chile.

·        19. How did that trip to Europe influence your creativity?

It changed something in me. The architecture, the people, the colors everything gave me new ideas.

·        20. If you could take photos anywhere in the world, where would you go? Would you go with someone or alone?

I’d go somewhere peaceful and full of natural beauty, like Iceland. I wouldn’t mind going with someone, but I could also go alone to focus on my vision.

·        21. If you could photograph anything or anyone, what would it be?

I’d love to capture something truly emotional maybe someone telling their life story through their eyes.
